Amy is a board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner through the American Association of Nurse Practitioners (AANP). Amy began her nursing career as a pediatric home health nurse, cardiac nurse and clinical manager at a large urban health center in Glendale, AZ. Amy received both her Master’s and Doctorate in Nursing Practice from The University of Arizona. Following her educational achievements, Amy started working at a family practice office in Anthem providing patient-centered and holistic care for patients of all ages, which is what she and her husband strive to do each day at Karibu Family Care!
